Woman at the Well

Jesus “had” to go through Samaria. This statement doesn’t make sense if you look at a map. Jesus’ purpose wasn’t geographical. The reason He went through Samaria was to encounter a woman who was drawing water in the heat of the day. She was an outcast of society because of her checkered past. She would draw water when no one else would be there to avoid other people and ended up encountering Jesus and her life changed forever.
