Fanaticism

September 9, 2018

by Scott Swellbar and Jeff Metzger

Synopsis

Fanaticism is usually not hard to spot. In some arenas of life over the top, fanatical behavior can be fun, entertaining. But when fanaticism becomes dark, angry, and mean spirited it becomes hateful and dangerous, even deadly. How would Jesus have us think, act, and be in a fanatical world?

Big Idea: There is one kind of fanaticism that is always right – the passionate pursuit of Jesus.
