SERIES: Do Over

A Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll Do-Over

January 12, 2020

by Jeff Metzger

Synopsis

David couldn’t get much worse.  His behavior was sinful, scandalous, sick.  Nathan, God’s prophet, describes David’s actions as “utter contempt for the Lord.”  Wow! David mismanaged his conduct in a spectacular way. He needed a do-over. And his example shows us how we can have a new beginning even after disastrous choices and a bad fall.  A do-over from my sin starts with a new heart within.
